Score Submission
Only dressage, combined test, and eventing scores from shows other than Mahan Farm, Magnolia Run, First Flight, and Gray Lily Farm must be submitted through the webpage. Please do NOT submit scores from any of the above listed farms as they are automatically submitted from show management.
Please Note
There is a $10 fee per score submission. All scores must be submitted within 30 days of the show date.
Official Scorekeeper
Note from the Scorekeeper
Riders are strongly encouraged to consistently use the same show name for their horse throughout the season. We absolutely cannot keep track of all the horses’ barn names and show names. As an example, we recently had a rider use three iterations of the same name.
For example, a horse’s name is Reno and the owner showed him at three shows under: Reno, Reno Bambino, and Kutty’s Slippery Jack. The scorekeeper can probably figure out the first two names and the same rider, but there’s no way she could figure out Kutty’s Slippery Jack is the same horse as Reno/Reno Bambino.
If a rider chooses not to follow this protocol, they may or may not have all of their points correctly totaled which could jeopardize year-end awards. We do review these as a year-end committee, but it still opens the door for error as there are just so many horse/rider combos.
Note from the President
Our awards protocol specifically states that a rider must notify the score keeper of a horse name change within 30 days. If at the end of the year, a rider is listed as having accrued scores on two horses that are actually the same horse, it is not the scorekeepers job to know that and automatically combine the scores.
If you need to change your horse’s names on record, please contact Lindsay.
